When you serve 24 hours or more over the event

All crew applications are processed in line with our crew vetting procedures and during your application you will be required to confirm your consent for Ground Level to undertake these checks. Crew Vetting is a mandatory requirement in order to be on a team at the event. 

Vetting procedures vary from one team to another but could include the following:

  • Church Leader Reference
  • Completion of a Self Disclosure form
  • Undergoing a Disclosure and Barring Service Check
  • Approval and review of your application by Ground Level Staff, Team Leader, and referral to our Safeguarding Teams and advisors as and when required.

Big Top Stewarding

Stewarding in the Big Top is about so much more than a hi-vis jacket
You’ll be part of a big team whose purpose is to welcome and look after people as they join together to worship and praise Jesus! It’s a team full of helpful, smiley people that greet and care for all the guests.

Welcome & Registration Crew

Are you good at welcoming people?

The Welcome & Registration Team are the first people that our guests meet when they arrive at the event. The team works hard to get the thousands of guests through the gates, so we need a solid crew to help support this and make it a smooth process for everyone!

Info Point

Are you good at helping people? Can you store lots of information in that clever brain of yours?
We need people who can answer any questions, help reunite people with lost property and be a reassuring voice when they don’t know where to go or what to do. So if you’re up for this people-based challenge, then this is the role for you!

Site Shop

Ever wanted to work in a shop? Well, look no further!
We need people with excellent customer service who can apply themselves to a variety of tasks like filling up stock, being on till and doing it all with a smile.

Media Crew

Let's keep the memories forever
We love capturing all the aspects of the event to share with guests and use for future publicity, if your a photographer or videographer we want to hear from you!

Activities

Do you love sports, running around, and having fun?

We are looking for a team of people who are enthusiastic, and love to have fun playing games and doing sports. 

Setup Crew

Want to get the work out the way and sit back and enjoy?
This role may vary from moving equipment around the site and setting venues up, to marking out.

Event Security

Can you help us keep everyone safe?
Don’t mind being up before the birds and awake with the owls, then we need you! We’re looking for a team of volunteers who can help us keep our event safe, make sure venues are looked after and be on hand for any emergency.

Venue & Seminar Production

Can you help us facilitate spaces for God to move?

We want to create spaces for people to be impacted by the Holy-Spirit and receive greater insight and wisdom, can you help us make it happen by facilitating the production in these venues.

Late Night Crew

Bit of a night owl?
We have loads of opportunities to hang out in community amidst our late night programme, but it won’t run itself. Can you bring some creativity and spark fun and enjoyable experiences for our late night guests to enjoy?

Awaken Kids 0-4s

Love having fun with our littlest troops?
We would love you to consider being part of our youngest venue. Doing crafts, singing songs, playing with sand, water and getting messy is what this team is all about.

Awaken Kids 4-6s

Do you have a heart to invest in the foundation of our children's faith?

This team is full of fun, crafts, songs and being able to engage with our kids in this foundational stage of their life and faith

Awaken Kids 7-10s

Do you love seeing the next generation worshipping God and growing in their faith? Then join this team.
This team is looking for enthusiastic members who want to see the next generation grow in their faith, explore the bible and all with a fun twist
