FAQs

We know you'll have some questions, so here are some of our most common.
When will the event start & finish?

The site opens for campers on Thursday 21st at 5pm. The event programme will start on Friday with a leaders lunch at 12:30pm and then the main programme for all ages will start at 3pm with a Family Service. 

The event will conclude with the evening session on Monday 25th August, Campers must be off-site by 10am on the 26th August.

What will the event be like?

Awaken will contain all the elements we love from ONE Event and Grapevine. Worship, teaching, seminars, bible study, late night entertainment and prayer. It will also contain our encounter spaces, fun activities and encompassing Foodcourt. Awaken is a gathering to worship Jesus and be equipped and empowered by him.

When can I camp from and to?

Gates open for Camper registration

  • 5-8pm, Thursday 21st August
  • 9am onward, Friday 22nd August

Gates open for Non-Camper registration

12pm onward, Friday 22nd August

Departure

All delegates must be off-site:   10am, Tuesday 26th August

What discounts and ways to pay are there?

We have a range of discounts that run throughout the year, but the sooner you book the cheaper the event will be. Alongside our discount periods we offer a range of concession, family and youth group tickets to make the event affordable for everyone!

You can pay either all in one go or use our part payment scheme which allows you to spread your booking over up to 11 months for an up front fee of £12.

How does car parking work?

Every booking includes free parking in either our main day visitor car park or Camping Car park, however if you want to park next to your camping pitch you will need to purchase a car space add-on. You can still drive to your camping area to unload and packup if you don't purchase a car space.

Can I hire a tent/caravan?

For Caravan hire we recommend Caravan Hire Online. For Tent hire and Glamping we recommend Tent2hire.

Can I book an Electric Hook-up?

We are delighted to be able to release a limited number of electric hooks-ups for general sale, make sure you purchase quick to avoid disappointment. Hook-ups remain available free of charge for those with specific medical requirements,to apply for one of these please fill in the provision request form by 31st July

Is there any provision for Adults with Learning Disabilities?

This year we have a sensory space available with a live Big Top Feed, Sensory equipment and toys, you can find the Sensory Space on the 1st Floor of the Epic Centre. 

There will not be a dedicated programme for Adults with Learning Disabilities.

Who qualifies for the concession ticket?

Individuals 65 and over, students in full time education, and unemployed all qualify for the concession rate
