Alongside our usual booking options, we’re introducing two new opportunities for 2027, here are all the ways you can be part of Awaken 2027:
1. Pay in full and secure your place
Exhibitors and Traders can secure their place now and pay full price for their stand. This year we're tweaking the standard size of our stands to make room for more organisations to take part, as such we've been able to reduce our standard prices to make the event more accessible to more organisations and traders. (See prices below)
2. Pitch Fee & Commission
For traders looking for an alternative to a set stand fee, we’re introducing a Pitch Fee & Commission option. This gives you the opportunity to showcase and sell your products in the Marketplace through a more flexible financial arrangement where everyone benefits!
The pitch fee is £150 and then a 15% commission after the event. This is for a 2x2m stand. Any extra Sqm will be charged as below. (only available to exclusively trading stands, exhibitors selling products are excluded)
3. Equip & Advance
We’re also introducing our Equip & Advance option for exhibitors whose work, resources or ministry help to equip God’s people and advance His Kingdom. If you feel what you offer aligns with this definition we'd love you to tell us why you should be part of Awaken and what your prepared to contribute towards the cost.
As spaces are limited, applications will be reviewed and we cannot guarantee that every application will be successful.

4. Advertise
Alongside exhibiting in the Marketplace, we’re offering opportunities to advertise with us and reach an audience of over 4,000 people. Whether you’re looking to promote your organisation, raise awareness of your ministry or showcase your products and services, we’d love to help you explore the options available.
